The Vom Pauelsgraben kennel is dedicated to the Gończy Polski, also known as the Polish Hound. At the centre is Caya vom Pauelsgraben, a high-performing bitch with an athletic, harmonious appearance and a balanced temperament. She combines temperament and toughness with social compatibility and a distinctly trusting bond with her handler. Caya is regularly used as a flushing dog during hunting. She works in a controlled manner and close to her handler, while also possessing the necessary independence. Her work is characterised by a strong desire to find, a strong tracking instinct and endurance; her voice is clear on the trail and at game. Particularly when hunting wild boar, she demonstrates courage, passion and the necessary determination. The bitch also excels in tracking wounded game through her concentration, perseverance and fine nose. She tackles water, ditches and densely overgrown reed areas with determination and continues to work safely there. Vom Pauelsgraben is affiliated with the Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen (VDH) e.V. and presents Caya as a versatile, keen working gundog.
