vom Brackenstern

The vom Brackenstern kennel in Stahnsdorf is dedicated to the Gończy Polski. The focus is on a deliberately manageable breeding program in which health, a sound temperament and pronounced hunting abilities are of central importance. The aim is to produce resilient, calm and passionate working dogs that work reliably during the hunt while also proving to be well-balanced companions in everyday life. The puppies grow up with early environmental habituation adapted to their age. Encounters with different stimuli and game species, journeys, visits to hunting grounds and preparation for gunshots are introduced step by step. When they leave, they have been dewormed several times, microchipped and vaccinated; they also receive a VDH pedigree recognized by the FCI and an EU pet passport. The breeding bitches meet the requirements of the VDH and VGPD, give tongue on the trail and have demonstrated their hunting abilities in trials. They are used for tracking wounded game and driven hunts, live as family dogs in the house and are also accustomed to the kennel.
