ENCI is a kennel in Fabriano dedicated to the Pepper and Salt Giant Schnauzer. The selection aims to preserve the characteristic traits of the breed, choosing breeding dogs with particular attention to health, temperament stability, and the overall quality of the dogs.
The kennel’s dogs are described as rustic and well balanced, with a hard wire coat, dense undercoat, and the typical pepper and salt coloration. Their character and natural predisposition to defense make them, according to the presentation, reliable companions and good working dogs.
Alongside the selection activity, there is a grooming service specialized in clipping, scissor finishing, trimming, and stripping. Preparation for dog shows is also among the declared skills, together with a recognition obtained in the 2010 Italian stripping championship.
