von den Angelitern

The Von den Angelitern kennel is dedicated to breeding Hovawarts in Norderbrarup, in the Angeln region. The name of the kennel refers to this regional connection. Enthusiasm for the breed began with the first Hovawart of their own and continues to shape their approach to this day. After the loss of this first dog, another Hovawart joined the household later on. In 2014, a female dog named Dalli from another Hovawart kennel was added, followed by Hailey in May 2020. At the end of April 2022, the female dog passed the breeding suitability test, thereby fulfilling the requirements for breeding. The first litter with Hailey was planned for spring 2024; after mating, the birth of the puppies was expected for the end of March. Von den Angelitern focuses on the Hovawart breed and is affiliated with the Hovawart-Club e.V. Many years of personal experience with these dogs form the foundation of the kennel.
