Hovi Skuld of Joy Hovawart breeder in Bevtoft · Denmark

Kennel Hovi Skuld of Joy in Bevtoft breeds Hovawart based on the bitch Skuld, who is called Blacky in everyday life. The kennel name refers to the Norse goddess Skuld and to the ambition of carrying a bloodline forward for the future of the breed. The breeding is based on many years of experience with dogs and has completed the DKK breeder training. Skuld is trained regularly in, among other things, obedience, tracking, area search, sending ahead and nosework. She is described as a focused training partner with a special attentiveness towards people who need care. Emphasis is placed on health examinations, also beyond the recommendations of Dansk Hovawart Klub, with a view to healthy Hovawart lines. The puppies grow up in homely and calm surroundings, where there is room for learning, contact and socialisation. The kennel wishes that Skuld and her offspring can pass on the qualities that form the basis of the breeding. The focus is on a secure start for the puppies and on the breed’s health, joy of working and development.
