Sanbona Rhodesian Ridgeback breeder in Göggingen Germany

Rhodesian Ridgeback breeding by a family in Göggingen, affiliated with the VDH and FCI, with the aim of preserving genetic diversity and returning to the original African lines.

Sanbona Rhodesian Ridgebacks is a family-run breeding program operated by Xenia and Benjamin in Göggingen. The breeding program belongs to the VDH and therefore to the FCI; the breed association is the Deutscher Züchterring für Rhodesian Ridgebacks (DZRR), whose training courses the family regularly attends. The first puppies were born in 2016. By their own standards, the breeders take responsibility for their offspring and focus on genetically diverse pairings. A particular concern is returning to the breed’s original African lines. The kennel name is a reminder of the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve in South Africa. The dogs live as part of everyday family life. Contact is possible by email, telephone, or via Instagram.
