The dog breeder of the Imbassa Tribal is based in Bobingen and is dedicated to the Rhodesian Ridgeback. It is registered as a breeder with the DZRR, VDH and FCI; in addition, the Deutsche Züchtergemeinschaft Rhodesian Ridgeback e.V. is among the certifications listed. The aim of the breeding program is to promote this breed responsibly. A litter with a champion bitch was planned for December 2013 or January 2014. When selecting the mating, an outcross pairing was the priority: There was to be no relationship between the parent animals at least up to the seventh generation. This was intended to take into account ancestry that was as broad-based as possible. The planned offspring were to be distinguished by a well-established temperament, a breed-typical expression and, in particular, good health. Those interested in a puppy from this mating were advised to contact the breeder at an early stage. The rearing and development of the planned litter were to be closely monitored from the outset.
