The Jambjoux kennel, located in Peveragno, specialises in the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and operates with an ENCI/FCI affix. The selection is based on dogs belonging to French, English and German lines, with attention to the morphological qualities and temperament characteristic of the breed.
The breeding dogs undergo checks for the main diseases affecting the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel; the results are updated every year by specialised veterinarians and can be consulted at the kennel. The choice of pairings also aims to avoid unions between related dogs, in the interest of the health of future litters.
The puppies grow up following a programme dedicated to socialisation. They are entrusted to their new owners between the ninetieth and hundredth day, after the veterinary examination, microchip insertion and completion of the required vaccinations. Each dog is accompanied by a regular pedigree, certifying its belonging to the breed and documenting its origins.
