v. den wilden Äckern

The kennel v. den wilden Äckern is dedicated to hunting-dog work and is presented with German Hunting Terriers. In its self-description, the German Shorthaired Pointer plays a central role: The dogs are kept both in the home environment and in the kennel and are closely integrated into the owners’ everyday life. The dogs are regularly used in the owners’ own as well as other hunting grounds. The breeding program focuses on versatile working dogs whose temperament is described as calm and steady and which are intended to possess pronounced hunting abilities. The kennel is affiliated with the JGV and the Deutsch-Kurzhaar-Klub Dreiländereck, which belongs to the Deutsch-Kurzhaar-Verband e.V. It supports young hunters and dog handlers during training and recommends preparation for the Derby, Solms and the Alterszuchtschau. The dogs are placed exclusively with hunters.
