von der Schlei

The von der Schlei kennel is located in Rieseby on the Schwansen peninsula, between Eckernförde Bay and the Schlei. Since its foundation in 2015, the breeding programme has pursued the goal of producing calm, biddable and even-tempered hunting dogs that are also suitable as reliable family companions. The dogs live in the house on a fully fenced property. The puppies are born in the home environment and later move to an indoor area as well as a supervised outdoor area. There they gain early impressions of game, other animals, water and car journeys. Before being placed, the puppies receive veterinary care, are regularly dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated according to the applicable schedule. The establishment breeds within the Deutsch-Kurzhaar-Verband e.V. and is a member of the JGHV. Hunting homes for the young dogs are sought instead of kennel housing.
