Stokkelunds Labrador Retriever breeder in Gudbjerg · Denmark

Stokkelunds is a small kennel with Labrador Retrievers of the old-fashioned type and from show lines. Breeding is carried out with one bitch at a time and focuses on healthy, well-functioning family dogs that thrive in an active everyday life. The kennel has completed DKK's breeder education. The puppies grow up in the home as part of daily life. Great emphasis is placed on early socialisation and environmental training, and the litters undergo both conformation assessment and mental testing. The puppies must also be X-rayed between 12 and 16 months of age and reported to DKK. Behind the kennel are dedicated dog people with experience as dog handlers and instructors in obedience training within DCH, as well as participation in competitions. The breeder wishes to follow the puppies' lives thereafter, and a Facebook group provides the opportunity for ongoing updates from both the kennel and the puppy buyers.
