Rampagescot

Rampagescot is a small, serious Skye Terrier breeding kennel based in Bedsted Thy. The breeding programme is centred on the dogs’ health, and each animal undergoes routine health checks before it can be included in the breeding programme. The aim is to make well-considered choices regarding breeding. In addition to the routine examinations, the breeding dogs are tested for patella, vWD, thyroid function and tumour markers. Liver values and CMO are also assessed when needed. These examinations form part of the kennel’s ongoing assessment of the dogs’ health and their suitability for breeding. Rampagescot also actively searches for new breeding stock abroad in order to introduce new possibilities into the breeding programme. The kennel occasionally participates in shows, especially outside Denmark, where the interest is also focused on following and seeking out potential breeding stock.
