Lykkehøjen’s is a dog breeder in Frederiksværk in scenic Halsnæs, close to both forest and beach. The breeder works with Wirehaired Kromfohrländer and Bichon Havanais and has experience with the breeds since 2004 and 2011, respectively. The puppies are raised at a minimum in accordance with breeding restrictions and recommendations from Dansk Kennel Klub and Klubben for Små Selskabshunde. Each puppy comes with a Basis Plus pedigree. Lykkehøjen’s has also completed DKK’s breeder education and masterclass. Only occasional litters are planned. If interested, the breeder requests a thorough written presentation with information about, among other things, housing conditions, family, children, allergies, other animals and everyday life. Importance is also placed on the choice of breed, knowledge of its needs, and plans for activity and training throughout the dog’s life. Further dialogue may lead to an invitation for a shared walk.
