Kromis of Kismet Kromfohrländer breeder in Nykøbing Sjælland · Denmark

Kennel Kromis of Kismet is a Danish breeder of Kromfohrländer with DKK’s breeder education. The kennel name refers to kismet, the idea of fate and predestination. After many years of experience with hunting dogs and terriers, the choice fell in 2023 on the active, quick-witted and cooperative Kromfohrländer. The breeding programme works with nosework and places emphasis on the puppies having a varied and secure start. Before leaving, they experience, among other things, car rides, forest, beach, different surfaces and scent work. They also go on small outings both together with their littermates and on their own, so that their social development and self-confidence are strengthened. Kromis of Kismet seeks homes where the dog will become a close and active part of the family. Dog sports and shows are not necessary, but the breed must have shared activities, everyday tasks and basic training. The crucial thing is that prospective owners have familiarised themselves with the Kromfohrländer’s characteristics and will ensure a stimulating life as a dog.
