HavaValle Havanese breeder in Jægerspris · Denmark

HavaValle is a breeder of Havanese in Jægerspris. Interest in the breed arose after many years with Labradors, and the experience with the first Havanese puppies led to a desire to immerse themselves in breeding and establish a kennel name. The breeder has completed DKK’s breeder education. Health and a good temperament are central to HavaValle. Great emphasis is placed on imprinting, training and socialising both the adult dogs and the puppies. The puppies are born in the home’s bedroom, where they stay for approximately the first three weeks, before moving to a puppy pen in the living room and later gaining access to more parts of the house. The dogs are closely integrated into everyday life and accompany the family almost everywhere. Sailing is an important leisure interest at HavaValle, and the dogs are accustomed to coming aboard. Growing up in the home and the many shared experiences give the puppies the opportunity to gradually encounter different environments as part of their early development.
