Elverlamshuset's

Elverlamshuset's is a home breeder of Shetland Sheepdogs on a four-winged farm in Odsherred. The breeder works with the breed in its various colours and has completed DKK's breeder education. The dogs live in a home environment, which forms the basis for the puppies' first period. Breeding dogs are examined for HD, AD, CEA and MDR1, including an eye examination and genetic testing for CEA. The puppies move to their new homes with a health certificate from the veterinarian and an eye certificate. Emphasis is placed on a safe and versatile start with socialisation, environmental training, early neurological stimulation, car rides, visits from children and the beginnings of house-training. Elverlamshuset's wishes new families to continue the basic work with the puppy through a puppy course. The breeder offers continued contact and guidance throughout the dog's life to families who need advice. The aim is to give each puppy a good foundation for the transition to its new home.
