The Cú Chulainn's ... dog breeding kennel in Georgsmarienhütte is dedicated to the Irish Glen of Imaal Terrier and is registered with the Klub für Terrier von 1894 e.V. Its roots lie in a long-standing enthusiasm for terriers: experience with shows and living with dogs dates back to the 1980s. Since 2002, puppies have been raised as part of a small hobby breeding programme. The number of litters is deliberately limited to no more than one per year; breeding is not undertaken for profit. Particular importance is placed on health and a balanced temperament. The dogs live closely integrated into family life and are attentively cared for. The offspring are also presented at shows and have already achieved successes there. The breeding programme combines a manageable scale with plenty of time and commitment for its dogs. The focus is on appreciation for robust, loyal and family-oriented terriers.
