The “Puck Fair” kennel in Porta Westfalica is dedicated to the Irish Glen of Imaal Terrier. It has been based at this location since 1998 and focuses its breeding work on this terrier breed originating from Ireland. The location is in East Westphalia-Lippe in northeastern North Rhine-Westphalia. Porta Westfalica is also known as the Westphalian Gate; there, the Weser passes through the striking transition between the Wiehen Hills and the Weser Hills. The kennel is therefore based in a region of particular scenic character. In its breeding work, Puck Fair follows the guidelines of the Klub für Terrier von 1894 e.V. as well as the aforementioned KfT/VDH guidelines. The presentation of the kennel particularly highlights its many years of activity in Porta Westfalica, its connection with the Irish terrier breed, and its work within this association framework.
