Huntlover's

Huntlover's is a Danish breeder of Flat-Coated Retrievers based near Hadsund. The kennel places emphasis on the breed's versatility and works with dogs that can serve as family dogs, be shown at exhibitions and be used for hunting. The breeding programme is internationally known for dogs with dual-purpose qualities, a pleasant temperament and good character. Experience with the breed dates back to 1988, and the Flat-Coated Retriever has since been the focus of the breeding programme. The dogs live with the family on a former country estate in Skelund near Hadsund. There are currently four dogs, which are trained and used in hunting work, reflecting the kennel's focus on the breed's working abilities. Huntlover's participates with its dogs in exhibitions both in Denmark and abroad. The breeding programme has completed the DKK breeder education and thus combines many years of experience with an active commitment to the breed's hunting and exhibition aspects.
