Skovmose HovaDanica

Skovmose HovaDanica is a Hovawart breeder in Agerbæk near Varde. The breeder has completed the DKK breeder education and bases its breeding work on the desire for healthy, mentally stable, robust and strongly built dogs. The choice of breeding males takes place in cooperation with Dansk Hovawart Klubs avlsudvalg under IHF, so that they are well suited to the females. The puppies grow up with ongoing, age-appropriate experiences. The garden is arranged as an area for play and motor development, while the puppy room regularly receives new toys and new impressions. The purpose is to give the young dogs the opportunity to explore their bodies, strengthen their motor skills and develop mentally in a safe environment. From the age of five weeks, the puppies are gradually introduced to the world outside the garden, including through car rides and visits to the training ground. The acclimatization takes place calmly and according to each individual puppy’s needs. The puppies are not ready to leave home until they are ten weeks old, so that they have a solid foundation before transitioning to their new homes.
