Chase and Pleasure, Black and Tan Coonhounds

Chase and Pleasure breeds Black and Tan Coonhounds in Wolmirstedt. The first and so far only litter in Germany was followed by a second litter. Both parents come from the USA and trace back to internationally award-winning lines. The Black and Tan Coonhound is an FCI-recognized breed from the United States. The dogs combine a powerful yet agile build with a short, dense, black and tan coat. Long ears, dark brown eyes, and the friendly and attentive expression are defining characteristics. The breed is considered calm, gentle, and people-oriented and has a pronounced sense of smell. The puppies grow up together with their parents, siblings, and children in the household. They are accustomed to everyday life from an early age, also explore the surroundings outside the house, ride in the car, and learn to walk on a lead. The kennel places importance on close social integration and plenty of affection. When they leave, the puppies are microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed several times, and receive VDH papers.
