Bjørnegården English Bulldog breeder in Snedsted · Denmark

Bjørnegården is a dog breeder in Snedsted with basset hound and English Bulldog. The dogs live in the countryside with close ties to the home and the opportunity to be both indoors and outdoors. The goal is a meaningful everyday life, where activity, calm and companionship support the dogs’ well-being. For basset hound, the breeder places emphasis on the breed’s desire to search and follow trails. Nose work and other suitable activities should contribute to calm and contented dogs. The breed is described as active and social; after work, it enjoys relaxing with the family and may find it difficult to be completely alone. Bjørnegården has a kennel name and completed Dansk Kennel Klub’s breeder education in 2003 as well as the legally required dog keeper training in 2011. This experience has been supplemented with courses in, among other things, behaviour, clicker training, puppy motivation, massage, raw feeding, ring and tracking training. Basset hound is DNA-tested for POAG and Lafora disease.
