The Hovawart breeding program von der Thelen Ranch in Wesel considers itself a hobby breeding program, with respectful and species-appropriate treatment of dogs at its core. What matters for the breeding program is not a high number of litters, but raising healthy and well-socialized puppies. The development of new life is carefully accompanied. The breeding program is affiliated with the Allgemeinen Club der Rassehundefreunde e.V. (ACR). This association supports the breeding program and the raising of the puppies and carries out the corresponding inspections. In preparation for the breeding project, a breeder seminar at the ACR was attended in June 2012. The breeding bitch was born in March 2010 and took part in several shows between 2010 and 2012, where she received very good evaluations. In September 2011, she was awarded the title of Junior Champion. The puppies grow up in a domestic, loving environment.
