The Kromfohrländer breeding program von der krummen Lippe is based in Elnhausen, a rural district of Marburg an der Lahn. There, a small pack of smooth-haired Kromfohrländer females lives in a family environment. One of the females was approved for breeding without restrictions in Neuwied in March 2024 and is certified as a therapy assistance dog by ESAAT. She is described as lively, friendly, and sensitive, and shows a pronounced closeness to people. Her daughter from the A-litter is growing into a young, playful dog and continues to develop her character. Von der krummen Lippe is dedicated to hobby breeding of Kromfohrländers. The breeding program is affiliated with the Rassezuchtverein der Kromfohrländer e.V. and places its dogs and the development of the pack at the center. The location combines Elnhausen’s peaceful surroundings with its proximity to the city of Marburg.
