The Kromfohrländer kennel vom wilden Zimt is based in Dortmund and belongs to the Rassezuchtverein der Kromfohrländer e.V. Its goal is to contribute to the healthy continuation of the breed. The breeding plan is therefore aimed at the long-term preservation of the Kromfohrländer. In May 2021, Casia von der Ruhrhalbinsel gave birth to the kennel’s A-litter, which comprised eight puppies. In April 2023, the B-litter followed with nine puppies. After these two litters, Casia has now retired from breeding and is spending her retirement as a former breeding bitch. Further breeding is to be continued with Bebba vom wilden Zimt. She successfully received her breeding approval in summer 2025. The C-litter is planned for 2026, although its implementation depends on further developments. The kennel publishes current information on litter planning and news on its website.
