The von der Hofmannbande hobby breeding program is dedicated to Havanese in Saarland. The family-run operation is located in Heusweiler near Saarbrücken and keeps its dogs as an integral part of everyday life. The close coexistence with the Havanese is at the center. The dogs accompany the breeding program on outings and trips and are regularly on the go. The breeding program also participates in club activities and examinations. Shared activities and experiences outside the home environment are therefore part of the Havanese’s everyday life. von der Hofmannbande is affiliated with the Verband Deutscher Kleinhundezüchter e.V. The small breeding program describes itself as a family-run hobby breeding program and places the Havanese at the center. The dogs actively participate in the life of the breeding program and are involved in a wide range of shared activities.
