von den Ruhrtalwölfen Keeshond breeder in Essen · Germany

The breeding program of den Ruhrtalwölfen has existed in Essen since mid-2012 and is dedicated to the German Spitz, particularly the Wolfspitz. It is affiliated with the Verein für Deutsche Spitze e.V. Gegr. 1899, which belongs to the VDH and the FCI. For breeding, the kennel relies on dogs that meet the required breeding prerequisites. Its stud dogs are registered with the Verein für Deutsche Spitze as stud dogs. One bitch in the kennel also fulfilled these conditions and produced the first two litters of the breeding program. The A and B litters were followed by further litters, including a C litter planned for March 2017 and an E litter born on 16 March 2019. An H litter was planned for the end of 2021 and was born healthy on 1 December 2021. A stud dog from the breeding program was also offered for outside matings and had already sired healthy offspring.
