von Burg-Langenstein breeds Hovawarts in a district of Kirchhain in Hesse. Enthusiasm for this breed developed after many years of living with dogs and an in-depth study of the Hovawart. Three female dogs now enrich family life and strengthen the bond with the breed. The health and temperament of the parent dogs are at the heart of the breeding program. Personal experience with a genetic disease has particularly highlighted the importance of careful selection. Exchanges with experienced breeders and encounters at shows accompany the breeding journey. The Hovawart Zuchtgemeinschaft Deutschland e.V. is listed as the specialist organization. The puppies grow up in a family environment and are thoroughly socialized there. von Burg-Langenstein places importance on maintaining contact with the new families after the puppies leave and on supporting them with any questions.
