Vom Schwedenstein

Vom Schwedenstein is dedicated to breeding Weimaraners. The starting point was the kennel’s first female in 2009, whose convincing results in trials awakened the desire to continue developing her qualities through breeding. The kennel belongs to the Weimaraner-Klub e.V. One female from the B-litter remained in the kennel, and later another offspring from the F-litter was added. In this way, the kennel’s own line is continued across several litters. The breeding program is guided by the first female’s trial results and by passing on her proven qualities. The dogs of Vom Schwedenstein are trained for hunting and at the same time live as family dogs. Thus, the kennel combines the Weimaraners’ hunting preparation with their everyday lives as companion dogs in the family. The focus is on dogs that unite both areas.
