Hot Shoot's Weimaraner breeder in Fakse · Denmark

Hot Shoot's in Faxe breeds Weimaraners with a focus on pure hunting lines. The breeding follows the recommendations of Dansk Weimaraner Klub, and the matings are described as approved by both the club and DKK. The parent dogs are selected with emphasis on a stable temperament, health and documented working abilities. The breeding males are carefully assessed, also in their home country, and must be able to combine hunting drive with calmness in the home. Emphasis is placed, among other things, on search, point, retrieving, tracking work and a good nose, as well as examinations for hereditary disorders. The breeding programme highlights offspring with recognised hunting tests and titles in both Denmark and abroad. The puppies are born at the heart of the home and become part of the many impressions of everyday life. They are socialised, among other things, with children, car journeys and visitors and introduced to game, pointing and retrieving. Before they leave, the puppies are examined by a vet, vaccinated and microchipped, and they are handed over with a DKK pedigree as well as information from the vet.
