vom Schaproder Bodden Shetland Sheepdog breeder in Breege · Germany

The Sheltie hobby kennel vom Schaproder Bodden is based in Breege on the island of Rügen. After the first Shetland Sheepdog moved in in 2007, breeding began in 2017. The focus is on loving care and the close integration of the tricolour dogs into family life. Early experience with dog training and breeding arose through the father’s more than five decades of work in the Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde. The mating of Ch. Lütt Cuno Shadow vom Reiterwappen with Wega von der Sheltiemühle, who came from Austria, produced Abby Lütt Deern vom Schaproder Bodden, who was rated “excellent” several times. A repeat mating produced two female dogs on 14 February 2020. Vom Schaproder Bodden breeds Shetland Sheepdogs in the Club für Britische Hütehunde e.V. The kennel provides further information and pictures on its own website. Visits to the hobby kennel are possible by prior appointment.
