vom Mühbrooker Meer

The vom Mühbrooker Meer kennel is dedicated to the Kooikerhondje in Mühbrook, Schleswig-Holstein. The starting point of the breeding program is the female dog Giuli, who joined the family in 2022 and raised her first litter in 2024. The kennel name refers to a fishing lake in the area and closely connects the breeding program with its regional home. Breeding is carried out according to the guidelines of the DCK and VDH. The focus is on healthy, well-balanced and family-suitable dogs with a sound temperament. The kennel is affiliated with the Deutscher Club für Kooikerhondje e.V. and places importance on responsible rearing that gives the puppies a good start in their new lives. The puppies are born in the living room and grow up as part of everyday family life. As they grow older, they have access to a prepared garden with various stimuli. Car rides as well as impressions from a kindergarten and nature park are also part of their early acclimatization. Moving to their new families is planned from the eighth week; the kennel continues to support the families with questions beyond that.
