van de Romerweide Hovawart breeder in Altenkirchen · Germany

The van de Romerweide dog breeding kennel has been dedicated to breeding Hovawarts since 2000. After its beginnings in the Netherlands, the kennel is now run in Altenkirchen. It follows the strict guidelines of the Rassezuchtverein für Hovawart-Hunde e.V. and the VDH. The focus is on balanced and socially compatible breeding dogs. The dogs live in the house and are closely integrated into the everyday life of the kennel. The puppies also initially grow up in the home environment. As they grow older, they are allowed to explore the grounds and gather a wide range of impressions. van de Romerweide places importance on getting to know prospective owners at an early stage. Those interested in a Hovawart puppy from this kennel receive information about the breeding programme and the puppies’ upbringing. Personal exchange concerning the choice of a suitable puppy is highly valued.
