Tjæreborgegnens

Tjæreborgegnens is a dog breeder in Esbjerg focusing on Kleiner Münsterländer. The choice of breed is based on many years of experience with dogs and hunting dogs, including several different breeds, before Kleiner Münsterländer became the natural choice in the early 1990s. The breeding programme highlights the breed as both a pleasant family dog and a skilled hunting dog. Its calm temperament, suitable size, great joy in people and playfulness make it well suited to a family. At the same time, it is described as easy to train, elegant in movement and versatile in its work. Kleiner Münsterländer works with pointing and retrieving in varied terrain, including areas where the vegetation is dense. The breed also enjoys water, has good endurance, a strong hunting instinct and an interest in tracking. Tjæreborgegnens has more than three decades of experience training pointing hunting dogs for tests and forms of hunting, as well as participating in tests at several levels.
