The Syôre frá Tübingen kennel in Rangendingen is dedicated to the Icelandic Sheepdog. Since 2010, it has been affiliated with the Deutscher Club für Nordische Hunde e.V. (DCNH); membership has existed since 2005. The breeding program is conducted within the framework of the FCI and VDH and is described as a controlled kennel. The kennel’s dogs live in the family home and are not kept in kennels. The current population consists of six dogs: four Icelandic Sheepdogs, including three females and one male, as well as two female Samoyeds. The kennel places particular importance on carefully socializing the animals in everyday family life. Regular training at the dog training ground is part of the kennel’s program. It is also a member of the VDH dog club Tübinger Hundefreunde. With its dogs, the kennel regularly participates in international dog shows and has already achieved success there several times.
