A Sense of Pleasure Labrador Retriever breeder in Porta Westfalica · Germany

A Sense of Pleasure in Porta Westfalica has been dedicated to the Labrador Retriever since 2001. A long-standing enthusiasm for dogs shapes the everyday life of the kennel: The animals occupy a central place, and keeping them involves spending a great deal of time together. The kennel is affiliated with the Labrador Club Deutschland e.V. Shows are just as much a part of the commitment as work typical of retrievers. Initial experiences in the show ring led to numerous further events at home and abroad. For A Sense of Pleasure, the focus is above all on engaging with the dogs presented and with what happens in the ring. The practical training of the dogs is also an important part of the concept. Through guidance from experienced trainers and regular training opportunities, its own knowledge of working with retrievers was further developed. In its breeding, A Sense of Pleasure aims to combine eager-to-work Labrador Retrievers with a standard-compliant appearance, health and breed-typical temperament, without striving for extremes.
