Lykke Friis Havanese breeder in Børkop · Denmark

The breeder in Børkop works with Havanese and has completed the DKK breeder education. The dogs grow up as an integrated part of the family, and the puppies’ first time therefore takes place in a homely environment with close contact with everyday life around them. Socialisation is a central part of growing up. The puppies gain experience with children, people outside the household and other dogs, so they encounter more of the relationships and situations that may be part of family life. The approach emphasises making them familiar with different forms of companionship. Havanese is described as an affectionate and loyal breed with great joy in children. The dogs enjoy being active and can participate in both training and agility. At the same time, their independence and their ability to stay home alone are highlighted, providing a versatile picture of the breed’s characteristics.
