Havanakie's

Havanakie's is a small home breeding kennel of Bichon Havanais in Odense N. The kennel has had experience with the breed since 2003 and has completed DKK's breeder training. The three females live as family dogs in the home, and litters are only planned when there is time and full focus on the puppies. The puppies grow up in the midst of everyday home life, where children naturally take part in socialisation. They encounter sounds, touch, transport and experiences both at home and outside, so they get a secure start and develop curiosity and confidence. The kennel places emphasis on temperament, personal contact and health. The breeding dogs have undergone eye examinations and been tested for patellar luxation with 0/0, as well as checked for HD. Only males with 0/0 are used, and a low inbreeding percentage is prioritised. The puppies leave with food, vaccination, microchip, three deworming treatments, a veterinary check-up and a contract, while the kennel offers advice and contact throughout the dog's life.
