Brobassen's Guardian

Kennel Brobassen's Guardian is a Danish breeder of Broholmer, where the dogs’ well-being is the focal point of everyday life. The dogs are a natural part of life and accompany the family during activities, visits, shopping and events related to the breed. The breeder has completed DKK’s breeder education. When planning litters, the kennel places great emphasis on a thorough selection of breeding males for the bitches. Time is spent examining possible combinations with a focus on health and breed-typical characteristics. The work is based on Dansk Kennel Klub’s breeding requirements as well as the recommendations from Broholmerselskabet. The puppies grow up in a home environment in the living room with access to the garden. The bitch and the puppies receive ongoing care, and their development determines the pace during the initial period. They only move to their new homes when they are at least nine weeks old. The kennel is also happy to share knowledge about the Broholmer and its breeding.
