The “Wäller vom Bambuswald” kennel is run by a breeder with over 40 years of experience with dogs and is located on a mountain ridge in the Ederbergland region of Hesse. The Wäller breed has been bred for around 15 years, with the first litters born in 2010 and 2011. The breeder is a member of the “Wäller & Friends” interest group as well as the IHV and ACW. – Dschiny, the main breeding bitch – Dilay, daughter of Dschiny and a multiple mother – Earl-Lemmy, male dog who has passed the breeding suitability test Since 2013, only dogs examined for eU (ectopic ureter) and assessed by an expert have been used; the puppies are also examined for eU in their eighth week. The dogs live on a mountain property with a Mediterranean-style garden. Each litter has diaries as well as reports on the puppies’ imprinting and socialization. Some offspring have been trained as therapy dogs or diabetic alert dogs.
