The Wackerbarth dog breeding kennel is located on the outskirts of Dresden and is dedicated to the Hovawart. Dogs of this breed have been part of everyday life there since 1984; the breeding kennel has existed since 1999. It is affiliated with the Rassezuchtverein für Hovawart-Hunde e.V. The Hovawarts live in the house and use the garden. They are closely integrated into family life. The puppies also grow up in this familiar environment, with the house, garden and daily life together forming part of their early development. The focus of the breeding program is on healthy Hovawarts with a friendly, confident and balanced temperament. Von Wackerbarth places importance on getting to know the puppies’ future families in advance. The aim is to find a suitable new home for each young dog.
