von Reehedi Rough Collie breeder in Welver · Germany

The Reehedi kennel in Welver is dedicated to the Rough Collie. The dogs live in the house and grow up closely integrated into the breeder’s everyday life. The aim is to breed healthy, lively and even-tempered Collies that conform to the British breed standard. The parent dogs trace back to British lines. The puppies are born in the home environment and integrated into the daily routine. Various sounds, encounters with people and contact with other animals accompany their first weeks of life. The kennel places particular emphasis on careful imprinting and socialisation so that the young dogs are well prepared physically and in temperament for their new home. Before they leave, the puppies are examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. They receive a VDH pedigree and an EU pet passport. They also become familiar with collars, harnesses and leads through play and are accustomed to car journeys. The puppies are raised responsibly and lovingly.
