von der Maynbachbrücke

The von der Maynbachbrücke kennel in Semmerin is dedicated to Old German Shepherd Dogs and has been intensively involved with this breed since 2006. Since 2009, the kennel has been a member of the VDH. Currently, two female dogs born in the kennel’s own home live in the household and on a large rural garden property. Both female dogs have passed the breeding approval examination and the temperament test with very good or excellent results. They were also examined for HD and ED. The breeding program focuses on long-stock-coated dogs and places particular emphasis on the health and balanced, stable temperament of the offspring. From an early age, the puppies become familiar with various everyday experiences, including noises, car rides, lawn mowers, children and water. Attentive guidance during this important developmental phase is intended to give them a good start in their new families. Even after the puppies are handed over, the kennel remains in contact with the puppy buyers and organizes an annual gathering for exchanging experiences.
