von der Hexentreppe

The von der Hexentreppe kennel is dedicated to breeding Hovawarts in Haßbergen. This breed has been part of the breeding operation since 2002; the decision to start breeding was made in 2019. The kennel is affiliated with the Rassezuchtverein für Hovawart-Hunde e.V. and is based on a carefully prepared breeding bitch. The kennel’s first litter was born in November 2020. A blonde bitch from this litter remained at the kennel and continues to belong to the pack. In May 2022, a healthy B-litter was born. This development forms the basis for the further expansion of the small Hovawart kennel. The focus is on a healthy, athletic Hovawart with breed-typical characteristics. The puppies are to be well prepared for their later lives through a variety of age-appropriate experiences. In doing so, the von der Hexentreppe kennel combines its many years of experience with the breed with the aim of attentively accompanying the upbringing of the young dogs.
