The von der Fuerstenkrone dog breeding kennel in Schenefeld is dedicated to the Bichon Frisé. Since 2013, the kennel has held the breeding approval of the Deutscher Rassehunde Club e.V. A first litter was announced for mid-May and marked the beginning of the breeding work. The desire for a suitable companion dog led to the Bichon Frisé. The selection focused on a small size, little shedding, and uncomplicated training. Equally important were a friendly attitude toward children and other dogs. A dog that is not prone to excessive barking and does not require long daily walks also matched the kennel’s expectations. In the Bichon Frisé, von der Fuerstenkrone found the breed that combines these desired qualities as a family and companion dog.
