The dog breeding establishment von der Elisabethenheide in Trockenborn is dedicated to the Bichon Havanais. The foundation for the small hobby breeding establishment was laid on 11 April 2008, when the first Havanese moved in. The nature of this female dog sparked great enthusiasm for the breed and led to the decision to devote themselves to Havanese breeding. In 2010, the first litter was born. Before that, the female dog had fulfilled the strict breeding requirements of the VDH/Vk e.V. One puppy from this litter remained in the breeding establishment. Three years later, another Havanese female joined and complemented the small group. These stages have shaped the development of the breeding establishment to this day. von der Elisabethenheide is a very small hobby breeding establishment. The bond with the Bichon Havanais forms the starting point of its development. The breeding history traces the path from the first dog to the expansion of the small Havanese group.
