von den Brunonen Russian Toy breeder in Limlingerode · Germany

The von den Brunonen dog breeding kennel has been located since 2020 in Limlingerode on a former farm south of Bad Sachsa in the Harz. The dogs have 3,000 m² of exercise area at their disposal, enabling movement and species-appropriate keeping. The location offers the breeding operation plenty of space for the dogs to live together. The breeding history began in 2007 with an Irish Wolfhound. The first litter produced ten healthy puppies, which, according to the breeding operation, reached a considerable age. Later, Italian Greyhounds joined the pack and shaped the breeding work for some time. The experience with various sighthound breeds forms an important part of the breeding operation’s development. Since 2022, von den Brunonen has been realigning its breeding program and dedicating itself to the Russkiy Toy. After searching for suitable dogs, three long-haired representatives of this small breed moved in in 2024. The breeding operation is affiliated with the Verband Deutscher Kleinhundezüchter e.V. and is continuing its development with a focus on Russkiy Toys.
