von den Altheimer Herrenwiesen Irish Red Setter breeder in Leibertingen · Germany

The von den Altheimer Herrenwiesen kennel is dedicated to the Irish Setter. For almost four decades, this breed has shaped the breeding environment. The kennel is located in a small village in southern Baden-Württemberg and has a rural character. The Irish Setter as a family dog is the focus; it requires plenty of meaningful activity and reliable, consistent guidance. The puppies grow up lovingly, with expert care, and closely integrated into family life. Even before they are handed over, they encounter various visual and auditory impressions. Through this early familiarization, the young dogs are prepared for the transition to their future home. The rearing combines family closeness with diverse experiences during the first weeks of life. The Irish-Setter-Club Deutschland e.V. is listed as the certification; the kennel provides supplementary information online.
