vom Teichmoor

The vom Teichmoor kennel in Stendal is dedicated to the German Wirehaired Pointer. Dogs have accompanied the family-run kennel for many years and are closely connected to the hunting tradition. Many years of experience with four-legged companions formed the basis for establishing the breeding program. After the arrival of the first German Wirehaired Pointer puppy in January 2018, more dogs joined the household and became a firm part of the kennel’s everyday life. Various experiences and the enthusiasm for these versatile dogs ultimately led to the decision to start a breeding program of their own. The kennel was registered in 2021. The first litter at the vom Teichmoor kennel was born from the brood bitch Vera vom Jura Grund. It consists of four males and nine brown-roan females. The kennel is affiliated with Verein Deutsch-Drahthaar e.V. and bases its breeding on its long-standing connection with hunting dogs.
