vom Sutumer - Grund

The vom Sutumer-Grund kennel is based in Selm and breeds Old German Shepherd Dogs. The location was chosen to provide the dogs with good conditions for keeping, breeding and rearing. In addition, according to its presentation, the kennel is also dedicated to the White Swiss Shepherd Dog and the Danish-Swedish Farmdog. The puppies grow up in the house and can use the garden directly. A private training area of more than 4,000 square metres is available for training the adult dogs and for the young dogs’ first explorations. The surroundings are intended to promote careful socialisation and preparation for later life. The focus of the breeding programme is on healthy, even-tempered family and working dogs. The breeding dogs complete a temperament test recognised by the VDH. Successes in examinations and shows, as well as offspring in numerous countries, are also mentioned. The kennel is a member of the Rassezuchtverein für Weisse Schweizer Schäferhunde e.V. and has been honoured by this association.
